1. Zero Tolerance Statement

PayPig Central does not condone, permit, or tolerate human sex trafficking, human trafficking of any kind, sexual exploitation, coerced or non-consensual sexual activity, or the sexual exploitation of minors in any form.

All instances of suspected human trafficking will be reported to the proper authorities, including but not limited to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), the National Human Trafficking Hotline, and applicable federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations and will preserve and produce records in response to valid legal process.

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on this platform and will result in immediate account termination, content removal, and referral to law enforcement:

• Content depicting, promoting, or facilitating human trafficking or sexual exploitation
• Content depicting any person under the age of eighteen (18), or any person represented as being under the age of eighteen
• Content depicting non-consensual sexual activity, or sexual activity involving a person who is unable to consent
• Content produced through force, fraud, coercion, threat, debt bondage, or abuse of power
• Content uploaded without the documented, informed, written consent of every person depicted
• Recruiting, advertising, soliciting, harboring, or transporting any person for the purpose of commercial sexual exploitation
• Any attempt to use this platform's messaging, payment, or profile features to arrange or facilitate any of the above

3. Verification and Recordkeeping

Every account holder on this platform is required to complete government-issued photo identification verification before publishing content or receiving payment.

Content providers are contractually required, under the Content Provider Agreement, to verify the identity and age of every person depicted in any content they upload, to obtain written consent from every such person, and to retain and produce those records upon request.

Records are maintained in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and the applicable federal regulations.

4. Pre-Publication Review

All content uploaded to this platform is reviewed by our moderation staff before it is published and made available to users. Content is not visible to any user until that review is complete and the content has been approved.

5. Reporting a Concern

If you believe that any content or account on this platform depicts trafficking, exploitation, non-consensual activity, or a minor, report it immediately.

Report to us: info@onlydrain.com — write "URGENT — TRAFFICKING REPORT" or "URGENT — CSAM REPORT" in the subject line. You may also use the report form, which is open to anyone and needs no account.

Reports of this nature are escalated immediately. Content that is the subject of such a report is removed from public view pending investigation, without waiting for the outcome of that investigation.

You do not need our permission to contact authorities, and we will never discourage you from doing so.

6. Response to Reports

Upon receiving a report under this policy:

1. The reported content is removed from public view immediately, pending review.
2. The report is escalated to platform management for investigation.
3. Where there is any indication of trafficking, exploitation, non-consent, or a minor, we report to the appropriate authorities and preserve all associated records, account data, payment records, and communications.
4. Accounts associated with confirmed violations are permanently terminated, and payouts are withheld pending the outcome of any investigation.
